Rural Australia
Rural life in Australia is a lot easier than you think. Compared to China, we have it pretty easy! We have the money to buy machines and tools to help us develop our land. Although our weather can sometimes affect the crop growth, we have the tools and ability to look after the land and our families properly. We have tools such as: Tractors, cars and even trucks. We also have the utilities to plant seeds to grow crops and food. Our fortunate money also allows us to raise animals and build homes for them. A common environmental issue is bush fires. This causes many things like burnt nature and, when extreme, citizens homes and properties. In the past, this has caused many global warming crisis's. These natural issues are common in Summer time. People living in rural or remote parts of Australia are most likely to be Indigenous. Rural populations tend to have more children then young adults. A good education is extremely hard to get because of the limited profession in these communities.Daily cattle’s farming is mostly done in Victoria. Country towns and farms are very popular places to go for tourists in Australia. There are sometimes droughts in Australia which makes it harder during rural life.

People in rural life have a lower average life expectancy and higher death rates, they are known to be more over weight then people living in metropolitan. Death from coronary heart disease and diabetes is very common in these parts, also asthma for both men and women and cervical cancer for women.
An issue that rural Australia has experienced is an economical downturn or drought which has caused a cycle of poverty. Opportunities for young people-like education, employment or entertainment- have been limited, causing people to leave the area.
Access to health and mental health services, such as hospitals; disability services; and general specialists and doctors can be a great difficulty. They need to travel far to get to these services and are often long waiting on the waiting list. 91% of practitioners are based in the metropolitan area and 9% in the Rural area.
