What clothes to bring
This trip is set during China’s Summer, so I recommend that you pack cool, comfortable clothes for everyday touring and trips around the city.
- A couple of sets of Pyjamas
- Sneakers for trekking and walking
- Sandals for relaxing days
- Jumpers for the trip to the Himalayas
- Comfortable clothes (Such as a Tracksuit) for the plane trip
- For Evening Banquets and shows, Smart, Casual clothes
Medical Attention

Before travelling to China you should seek medical advice from your doctor or just have a thorough check-up if you haven’t had one recently.This is especially important for all but particularly for those with a history of coronary or pulmonary problems.It is advised that you visit your doctor 3-4 weeks before you travel b ecause some vaccines and medications made need time to settle before you set off on your travels.

Your doctor may provide you with some useful medical information about China and Vaccinations you will need. Your doctor will know whether you need to take any of the following shots:
Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Rabies, Typhoid fever, Japanese B encephalitis, Yellow Fever

You should pack a copy of your medical A good medical record should mention all the medicines you are taking, the medical treatments you have received or are receiving, your chronic ailments, allergies or hypersensitivities, immunization history, blood type, eyeglass prescription, health insurance ,etc.
You should also have a document stating your doctors name, address and phone number in case it is needed. These two documents should always be easily-accessible when you are travelling.
For those who take special medicine on a regular basis, make sure that you carry an adequate supply. Carry them in the original containers to identify them as legally obtained drugs and pack them in your carry-on bag. Bringing some useful medicines is also a wise precaution, such as those for colds, diarrhoea and constipation.
